Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- yellow mustard - 1 item
- c - 1 oz
- large mushrooms, sliced - 6 item
- medium onions, chopped finely - 2 item
- beef Bracciole, thin sliced - 2 lb
- pickle halves, quartered - 1 item
- can low-salt beef broth - 1 oz
How to make beef rolls:
Will also need toothpicks.Spread a piece of beef with yellow mustard. Sprinkle with onions, salt and pepper. Put pickle in middle of piece and wrap up. Secure with toothpick. Heat olive oil in skillet. Brown on all sides. Remove toothpicks. Add beef broth, cooking wine and mushrooms. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Tastes great if served with scalloped potatoes!
