Ingredients/Components

  • water
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • uncooked rice - 1 c
  • envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
  • to 8 pork chops - 6 item

How to make baked pork chops with rice:

Preheat oven to 350°. Pour rice into a large, greased casserole dish. Sprinkle onion mix over rice. Lay pork chops on top of rice mixture. Pour cream of mushroom soup over pork chops. Add water. Cover. Bake for 1 hour. Remove cover and brown top (about 3 minutes). Serve hot.
