Ingredients/Components
- Crisco - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- can refried beans - 1 item
- tortillas - 12 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
How to make meat enchiladas:
Brown beef and onion. Mix in beans. Dip tortillas, one at a time, into hot Crisco briefly and drain. Spread beef and bean mixture in each tortilla and roll. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover with sauce. Top with cheese. Place in oven at 350° aRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
