  • milk - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • Fritos - 1 pkg
  • cheese, shredded - 1/4 1/2
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown meat; drain. In separate bowl, mix soup, milk and sauce. Alternate layers of Fritos, meat sauce and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
