Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- Fritos - 1 pkg
- cheese, shredded - 1/4 1/2
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown meat; drain. In separate bowl, mix soup, milk and sauce. Alternate layers of Fritos, meat sauce and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
