Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 3/4
- green pepper - 1 item
- sliced cooked carrots, drained - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Cut onion and pepper in round slices and put in dish with carrots. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over carrots, pepper and onion. Cover and place in refrigerator at least 12 hours. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
