Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- sliced cooked carrots - 5 c
- medium green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Stir together other ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and chill. (Can remain in refrigerator for several weeks.)Note: One pound carrots makes 1/2 recipe.
