Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- small green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- sliced cooked carrots - 5 c
How to make copper pennies:
Drain carrots, mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over carrots and refrigerate overnight. Heat before serving. Serves 7.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
