Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- diced or chunk carrots - 2 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until barely tender. Drain and mix together. Heat the remaining ingredients. Pour over drained carrots and add 1 green pepper or onion, selected for color. May add celery. Let sit for 2 or 3 days. Keeps well.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
