Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- purple onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- bell pepper, sliced thin - 1/2 item
- carrots, cleaned and sliced - 2 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender. Layer carrots, onion and bell pepper slices in Pyrex dish. Combine soup, sugar and vinegar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables, cover and refrigerate. Serve cold. Keeps one month.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
