Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, clean, slice and boil in salt water - 2 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Layer carrots, peppers and onions in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients. Bring these ingredients to a boil. Pour over carrots mixture. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
