- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- green pepper - 1 item
- Marinade:1 can tomato soup
How to make marinated carrots:
Marinade:1 can tomato soup1/2 c. salad oil3/4 c. vinegar1 c. sugar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper Cook carrots for 10 minutes and drain. Add pepper and onion and cover with marinade. Marinate 24 hours.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
