Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 1/2
- raw, sliced carrots - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook sliced carrots; drain and let cool. Slice onion and pepper in rings. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate at least 12 hours or longer. These will keep at least 2 weeks.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
