Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- onion, sliced thin - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until almost done; drain and cool. Add onion and celery. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
