Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- ketchup - 1 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 1 qt
- basil - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- Sauce:2 small cans tomato sauce
- braised onion - 1 item
How to make manicotti:
Sauce:2 small cans tomato sauce1 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. chili powder1 can tomato soup1 braised onion1 Tbsp. ketchup Stuff uncooked shells. Place some sauce in bottom of pan. Place shells and cover with sauce. Sprinkle some Jack cheese on top, if desired. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
