Ingredients/Components

- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 oz
- clove garlic - 1 item
- ground beef
- medium onion - 1 item
- cottage cheese
- oregano - 2 tsp
- basil - 2 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- lasagne noodles, cook as per directions on box - 8 item
How to make lasagne:
Sauce:2 lb. ground beef1 medium onion1 clove garlic2 tsp. parsley flakes2 tsp. basil2 tsp. oregano2 tsp. salt1 (20 oz.) can stewed tomatoes1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste Cheese Mixture:2 c. cottage cheese2 eggs, beaten2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper2 Tbsp. parsley flakes1/2 c. Parmesan cheese1 lb. Mozzarella cheese Brown ground beef and add next 8 ingredients for the sauce. Add the next 7 ingredients together for the cheese mixture.Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, put the ingredients in layers, starting with the noodles, then cheese mixture, then the meat sauce and repeat once more.
Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8 people.
