- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 2 (12
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- cans tomato paste
- can 2 c - 1 lb
- box lasagna noodles - 1 oz
How to make lasagna:
Brown meat slowly. Add next 6 ingredients to meat. Simmer uncovered until thick, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cook noodles.Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese with next four ingredients. Grate cheese. Place 1/2 noodles in dish and spread 1/2 cheese mixture over noodles, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serves 12. May freeze 4 to 6 weeks.
