  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
  • chopped green onion - 1 Tbsp
  • small curd cottage cheese - 1 c
  • wheat germ - 1/2 c
  • chopped parsley fresh - 2 Tbsp
  • jar spaghetti sauce Prego - 1 oz
  • Crepes - 1 item
  • Fill center of crepe with 3 tablespoons mixture and roll up
  • melted real butter - 1/2 c

How to make manicotti crepes:

Mix first seven ingredients together until smooth. Fill center of crepe with 3 tablespoons mixture and roll up. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Freezes well.Crepes:4 eggs1/4 tsp. salt2 c. milk1/2 c. melted real butter2 c. flour1/2 c. wheat germ Mix all ingredients together. Make crepes in small skillet or with crepe maker.
