Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- fresh basil - 1/2 c
- white wine - 1/2 c
- garlic cloves, chopped - 2 item
- pepper and salt - 1 item
- tomatoes firm like Roma - 4 item
- wedge of Brie - 1 item
- pasta thin type - 1 lb
How to make brie pasta:
Chop garlic, tomatoes and basil. Clean off the coating on Brie and shred. Mix all of these ingredients with oil, wine and season. Let stand at room temperature. Boil pasta, al dente. Drain and mix with Brie mixture; serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
