Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cottage cheese - 24 oz
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 16 oz
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 pt
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- box lasagne noodles - 1/2 oz
- McCormick spaghetti sauce mix - 1 pkg
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin - 1 lb
How to make lasagne:
Brown meat in oil. Drain. Add next 8 ingredients. Simmer uncovered until thick, about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles until tender. Drain and rinse.
