Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
- can condensed milk - 1 item
- Bake at 325° for 15 minutes
- graham crackers - 1 c
- Key lime juice do not bake - 1/3 c
How to make lime cheesecake:
Mix. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Cool before filling.Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 can condensed milk1/3 c. Key lime juice (do not bake) Mix and pour filling in cooled graham cracker crust. Dust top lightly with crushed graham crackers or garnish with fruit of choice. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Weeknight.
