  • sugar - 1 c
  • cream cheese
  • water - 1 c
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • can condensed milk - 1 item
  • graham crackers - 30 item
  • melted butter/margarine - 1/4 lb

How to make cheese cake:

Roll out graham crackers and mix with butter. Line pan with mixture. (Save enough for a thin layer of crumbs on top.) Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool. Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water with lemon
