- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- gingersnap crumbs
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- sugar - 2/3 c
- pumpkin - 14 oz
- each: cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
How to make pumpkin cheese cake:
Cheesecake:16 oz. cream cheese2 eggs2/3 c. sugar14 oz. pumpkin1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg1/2 tsp. salt (optional) Crust: Melt butter and stir in crumbs. Press into ungreased bottom of spring-form pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat after each addition. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350° or until cake is firm. Cool and remove from pan. Chill before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired. Serves 12.
