Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- slightly beaten egg yolks - 3 item
- stiffly beaten egg whites - 3 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
How to make lemon sponge cake:
Blend butter with sugar and flour; add egg yolks, lemon juice and peel and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan.
