- salt - 1 item
- brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
- ketchup - 4 Tbsp
- thin lemon slices - 4 item
- thin onion slices - 4 item
- pork chops loin or rib, about 3/4-inch thick - 4 item
How to make lemon pork chops:
Heat oven to 350°. Sprinkle chops with salt. Put in shallow baking dish. On each chop put onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes. Baste often.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
