Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- 8 oz - 1 c
- poppy seed - 2 Tbsp
- egg substitute - 1 c
- vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
- Add vegetable oil and next 4 ingredients
- "lite" yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon poppy seed cake:
Combine cake mix and sugar in large bowl. Add vegetable oil and next 4 ingredients. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 6 minutes. Stir in poppy seed. Spray Bundt pan with cooking oil spray.
