- box white cake mix - 1 item
- lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- lemon extract - 1 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 3
How to make lemon jello cake:
Mix 1/2 of water with cake mix and Jell-O until lumps are out. Add rest of water, oil, eggs and extract. Beat well. Bake in 9 x 12-inch 25 to 35 minutes at 350°. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Put on cake as removed from oven. Makes a glaze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Gelatin.
