Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- bottled lemon juice
- lemon gelatin - 1 pkg
- box yellow cake mix pudding in mix - 1 item
How to make lemon cake:
Icing:1/2 c. bottled lemon juice1 1/4 c. powdered sugar Cake: Mix all ingredients together and bake in tube pan according to directions on cake mix box.Icing: Mix both ingredients together. After removing cake from the oven while hot, drizzle icing over top of cake. Serve while warm or cold.
