  • water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • bottled lemon juice
  • lemon gelatin - 1 pkg
  • box yellow cake mix pudding in mix - 1 item

How to make lemon cake:

Icing:1/2 c. bottled lemon juice1 1/4 c. powdered sugar Cake: Mix all ingredients together and bake in tube pan according to directions on cake mix box.

Icing: Mix both ingredients together. After removing cake from the oven while hot, drizzle icing over top of cake. Serve while warm or cold.
