- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- stick butter or margarine - 3/4 item
How to make lemon jello cake:
Icing:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3/4 stick butter or margarine1/3 c. lemon juice Cake: Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Icing: Beat ingredients with electric mixer until well blended. When cake is done, take from oven and, with a fork, poke full of holes while warm. Ice with lemon icing.
