How to make cheese enchiladas:
Mix cheese and onions (keep out a little cheese to top enchilada with). Next, heat the enchilada sauce. Dip the tortillas in sauce to soften. Fill with cheese-onions and roll up. Place them, seam side down, in a glass baking pan. Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
