Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- Velveeta cheese, cut up - 1 c
- dry macaroni - 1 c
- cottage cheese, drained - 1 c
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni; drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs and cheeses. Add macaroni; stir thoroughly. Put in a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° in the oven for 45 minutes, until browned on top.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
