Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 lb
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- ground red pepper - 1/4 1/2
- Tabasco
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 14 oz
- plus 1/2 Tbsp - 2 c
How to make cheese straws:
Cream the softened ingredients in food processor. Add all ingredients except flour. Pulse until blended. Remove to bowl and add flour. Put dough in cookie press fitted with star plate. Press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Cheese.
