Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- low-fat cottage cheese - 1 pt
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- grated apple - 1 item
- margarine, melted 1 stick - 1/4 lb
- small containers plain yogurt - 2 item
- eggless brand noodles, cooked and drained - 1 pkg
How to make kugel:
Combine all ingredients except cooked noodles and cinnamon. Add mixture to the noodles and sprinkle with cinnamon that has been placed in a well-buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
