Cottage cheese loaf
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- ground nuts - 1/2 c
- each: salt and white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- each: basil, parsley and paprika - 1/2 tsp
How to make cottage cheese loaf:
Braise onion in margarine. Beat eggs slightly and combine all ingredients well. Place in oiled 8 x 8-inch dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until set. Serve with brown gravy. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, Casseroles.
