Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 5 c
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- chives - 1/8 Tbsp
- carrot, chopped - 1 item
- chicken bouillon - 1/4 c
- peeled and diced potatoes - 6 item
- can evaporated milk or 1/2 c - 1 oz
- Add milk and chives and bring to a boil
How to make knoephla soup:
Put all ingredients except milk and chives in a kettle and cook until tender. Add milk and chives and bring to a boil. Add Knoepla, then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.Knoephla:1 c. flour1 egg1/2 c. water Mix together.
