Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 lb
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- chicken bouillon - 1 item
- large chicken breasts - 8 item
How to make lemon chicken:
Cut the chicken breasts in half. Dip in beaten egg, then in Progresso Italian bread crumbs. Brown in oil.Sauce: Melt the butter in frypan. Saute the mushrooms. Sprinkle with the flour. Mix well. Add the chicken bouillon cube to 1 cup hot water and stir into pan. Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon parsley flakes. Layer chicken, cover with sauce and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
