- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- water - 4 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
How to make pot roast:
Take package of Lipton onion soup; add four cups of water. Bring to a boil. Then add flour. Reduce heat and stir until thick. (If too thick, you can always add more water.) Salt and pepper your roast. Put in a large roasting pan, then pour soup mixture over the roast and bake at 350° until the roast is cooked as desired.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
