- garlic salt - 1 item
- oregano - 1 item
- hot sauce - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- pinch of pepper - 1 item
- Italian seasonings - 1 item
- stew meat - 1 item
- au jus gravy mix - 1 pkg
- sweet basil leaves - 1 tsp
How to make italian beef:
Boil meat until tender. Keep juice and tear meat into small pieces. Put meat back into juice, then add all ingredients to your taste. Boil 1 1/2 to 2 hours on stove on low heat or cook in crock-pot on high for 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Keep enough water in meat to have enough juice for your sandwiches.
