- Italian dressing mix - 1 pkg
- jar pepperoncini - 1 item
- beef tip roast - 5 lb
How to make italian beef:
Place roast in crock-pot. Sprinkle with dressing mix. Put pepperoncini and the liquid from the jar around the roast. Cook on low for 12 hours. Remove pepperoncini. Shred meat. Serve on buns or sourdough bread.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Beef.
