Ingredients/Components
- hamburger/ground chuck or 1 1/2 lb - 2 lb
- head cabbage - 1 item
- cans kidney beans - 2 item
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 item
- Italian dressing mix - 1 pkg
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- can V-8 juice - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- garlic, salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make cabbage soup:
Fry meat and onion; drain. Boil until tender the cabbage; drain. Mix all ingredients together and cook/simmer until tender and spices are mixed.Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
