Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- cheese - 1/3 lb
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- jar pimentos - 1 oz
How to make cheese pudding:
Mix flour and margarine. Cook to make sauce. Dice cheese and let melt in sauce. In a buttered baking dish, place a layer of cracker crumbs and moisten with sauce. Add chopped eggs and pimentos. Repeat with sauce then top with the remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or microwave for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Main dish.
