  • can tomato sauce - 1 15
  • onions, sliced - 2 med
  • worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • short ribs - 3 to

How to make hungarian short ribs:

Brown ribs in 2 tablespoon oil, mix tomato sauce, mustard, worcestershire sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Add 1 can water. Pour over meat, add onions. Simmer 2-2 1/2 hours. Add one more cup of water and then noodles. Cook 20 minutes more.
