  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • cashews - 1/2 c
  • chicken, cooked and diced - 1 c
  • can Chinese noodles, divided - 1 item

How to make cashew chicken:

Saute celery and onion in butter. Add chicken, soup and water. Heat thoroughly. Add 1/2 can of Chinese noodles and cashews and heat. Pour into serving bowl and top with remaining Chinese noodles.
