Ingredients/Components

  • hamburger meat - 2 lb
  • white potatoes - 6 item
  • Kitchen Bouquet - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • flour - 1 item

How to make hungarian goulash:

Brown meat and drain. Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until tender; drain and set aside. Make a gravy with flour, water and Kitchen Bouquet. Pour gravy over meat seasoned with garlic salt and other seasonings. When gravy thickens, put potatoes in and simmer. Serve over rice.
