  • sour cream - 1 (8
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hamburger
  • green onions - 4 item
  • cans water - 2 oz

How to make hamburger casserole:

Brown hamburger and onions together. Season to taste. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce and water. Cook 20 to 30 minutes; mixture will be soupy. Cook 1 package noodles and put in casserole. Mix sour cream and cream cheese. Pour over noodles. Put meat on top. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
