  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 item
  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cans minced clams - 2 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item

How to make hot clam dip:

Drain clam juice into frying pan. Add onion and pepper. Cook 15 minutes. Add butter, parsley, oregano, garlic, Tabasco sauce and then clams and bread crumbs. Remove from heat and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix just a little bit. Coat with paprika. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. Serve hot with Fritos.
