Ingredients/Components

  • margarine - 6 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • cans minced clams - 2 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan to taste - 1 item

How to make hot clam dip:

Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan for 15 minutes. Add margarine, oregano, parsley and cayenne pepper. Stir until margarine melts. Add bread crumbs. Put in small casserole. Top with cheese. Bake in 300° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
