Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- cans minced clams - 2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- grated Cheddar - 1/2 c
- Parmesan to taste - 1 item
How to make hot clam dip:
Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan for 15 minutes. Add margarine, oregano, parsley and cayenne pepper. Stir until margarine melts. Add bread crumbs. Put in small casserole. Top with cheese. Bake in 300° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Low Carb.
