Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 lb
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- parsley
- cans minced clams - 2 item
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- cloves chopped garlic - 2 item
- bread crumbs plain or Italian - 3/4 c
- drops Tabasco optional - 2 item
How to make hot clam dip:
Mix first 7 ingredients, simmer 10 minutes. Add 3/4 cup bread crumbs. Serve hot with melba rounds.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Low Carb.
