Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
- green pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- sherry - 1/4 c
- cans minced clams, drained - 2 item
- slices American cheese, diced - 4 item
How to make hot clam dip:
Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Serve warm. Good with Melba toast rounds or Bremner wafers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Low Carb.
