Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 3/4 1
- medium onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1/2 item
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- dash Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- minced clams with juice - 2 c
- Provolone slices - 1 item
How to make hot clam appetizer:
Saute pepper and onion in butter, then add everything but cheeses and paprika. If it seems dry, add some water to it, then place in a casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Top with Provolone. Bake 15 minutes at 375° or until melted.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Clams.
