  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • onion, diced - 1 item
  • Minute rice
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • broth
  • celery flakes - 1 tsp
  • or 1 whole chicken, boiled, deboned and diced - 3 c

How to make chicken and rice casserole:

Combine soups and seasonings in saucepan; gradually add broth and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Pour in layers: soup, rice and chicken, ending with soup mixture on top. Cover and bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes of cooking.
